Mobile Health Outreach Program: Delivering Hope and Healing
The Aion Health SL Mobile Health Outreach Program brings free, community-based healthcare to underserved rural communities like Kalia, Kpawula, and Niagorehun Bargbo, addressing barriers such as distance, limited staff, and scarce medical supplies. Through mobile clinics staffed by volunteer health workers, the program delivers diagnostics, maternal care, family planning, and health education, improving access, health-seeking behavior, and long-term community health outcomes.
EmpowerHER with Tech: Equipping Women for the Future of Work
The EmpowerHER with Tech Program by Aion Health SL addresses the gender gap in digital skills and economic opportunities by equipping 50 underserved women in Bo with training in project management, entrepreneurship, digital literacy, and AI. Through hands-on learning and mentorship, the program has enabled participants to launch businesses, apply for jobs, and build confidence, demonstrating how investing in women’s skills drives economic empowerment and community development in Sierra Leone.
DigitalHER: Empowering Girls Through Health, Technology, and Entrepreneurship
The DigitalHER Program by Aion Health SL addresses the combined challenges of limited sexual and reproductive health education, digital illiteracy, and economic vulnerability among adolescent girls in Sierra Leone. Through a 4-week training supported by UNFPA Freetown, the program equips young women with health knowledge, digital skills, and entrepreneurship training, enabling them to launch businesses, make informed decisions, and become confident leaders in their communities.
SaniTrack: Turning Data into Action for Healthier Communities
The SaniTrack Program by Aion Health SL addresses gaps in sanitation data and waste management by training community volunteers to collect real-time environmental health data using digital tools. By enabling evidence-based decision-making and collaboration with local authorities, the program is improving sanitation monitoring, reducing health risks, and creating healthier communities in Bo and surrounding areas.

Aion Health is a Sierra Leonean non-profit focused on improving health, education, and research to reduce maternal and infant deaths. It delivers free healthcare, medications, and education through mobile clinics to underserved communities, while prioritizing maternal health, disease prevention, WASH, and community awareness.
